Women's soccer sophomore goalkeeper Stephanie Gordon was the subject of a story in today's Boston Globe South Region sports notebook. Written by Lizzy Snell, the piece talks about how Gordon is a modest, hard-working student-athlete. Gordon was named Northeastern's Student-Athlete of the Week last Tuesday.

By the way, Gordon continued her success last Friday by shutting out New Hampshire with four saves. She now has a 0.39 GAA this season as the Huskies are 4-1-0.
